| Baem Awards 2008 |  | Steve Blame and Suzanne Bellenhaus presented the first BAEM AWARDS in
Cologne in November 2008. The awards were voted for by the readers of
PC Games and received more
than 500,000 votes. Presenting the actual awards to the winners were
such luminaries as Smudo from Fantastischen Vier, the girlband Monrose,
TV presenter Nilz Bokelberg and Rapper Kool Savas.
The winning companies included
Activision-Blizzard, Electronic Arts und Ubisoft.
